GGinger and honey
This is an effective cough remedy that has long been used by people when children have a cough that cannot be cured by taking medicine. Note: Cough remedies with honey are not used for children under 12 months old.
Lemon basil leaves
Lemon basil leaves contain essential oils, the main ingredient of which is cavaron, which has a very good expectorant and detoxifying effect, so it is used as a medicine to treat coughs with phlegm and quickly treat sore throats.
Ingredients: Lemon basil leaves, green kumquats.
How to do: Use a little lemon basil leaves and green kumquats, wash them, then grind them. Continue to add rock sugar to a clean bowl and steam them. After 15 minutes, take them out and filter the water to drink.
How to use: drink 1-2 times a day (2-3 spoons each time depending on age).
Perilla leaves
Perilla leaves are very sensitive and safe in treating coughs with phlegm. According to Oriental medicine, perilla leaves are spicy, warm, have the effect of sweating, reducing phlegm and lowering gas. How to do

- Crush the rock sugar.
